How to get the perfect 7.9 on Windows Experience Index

The windows experience index (WEI) is a way of gauging the computer’s hardware and software capabilities and also very useful in helping the users while upgrading their systems. Previously on Vista the maximum achievable WEI score was 5.9, but on windows 7 it has been bumped upto 7.9 . Very few users across the world have claimed to achieve this number .
