Get Angry Birds working on Your Windows PC

Angry Birds, the acclaimed addictive game is out for Windows and Mac. I had earlier played it on a iPhone and a Android Phone. I wanted to try out the Windows version, so i downloaded it.

How To install (For XP and Win7 users):

1.Extract the File
2.Copy msvcr100.dll  File to : C:\Windows\System32
3.Go To Angry Birds Folder and PLAY !

Windows Vista users will probably come across this error
“side by side configuration is incorrect”
To solve this, i found a fix online. Angry Birds Fix Bad Configuration Torrent Link Below.

For Windows 7 (64 bit) users:
Copy the DLL file to C:\Windows\SysWOW64 folder

If you want to play the game on windowed mode(default is fullscreen), use Notepad or Notepad++ to edit the config.lua file. All you need to edit is make ‘fullscreen=false’. Save it and Have fun playing :)

    I am trying to install this game on Windows XP but after pasting the msvcr100.dll file to C:WindowsSystem32 folder, when I run the Angrybirds.exe file it gives the error: “This application has failed to start because the application configuration is incorrect. Reinstalling the application may fix this problem”.

    But the same file is working fine in Windows 7 without pasting any dll files here and there…

    Please help.

    Personally i havent tried it on a XP machine but i had heard that it would be compatible with one. No one i know has faced this problem.

    even when i save it, it asked me if i must update your archive and when i say yes it tells me that that cant modify locked archive . what must i do?
